The McCafé Caramel Oreo Frappe is a mix of caramel, coffee, and crushed Oreos with a topping of whipped cream. It is priced at ₱160 pesos with around 400 calories. It is my personal favourite when I need a little crunchy Oreo with coffee. This is definitely a drink with dessert in disguise when I’m in the mood for a coffee rich and flavorful.
